S.O.S CUBA - ADVOCATING FOR HUMAN RIGHTS, FREEDOM OF SPEECH & JUSTICE
For over 60 years, the people of Cuba have been isolated, starved and deprived. Since their early childhood, they have been indoctrinated and mentally terrorized. For this reason, it is very difficult for the Cuban people to stand up to the regime and cry out for the most basic of human rights-- to live with dignity, love and think freely. The Castro regime has enforced severe dysfunctionality principles upon the Cuban people.
July 11, 2021 marked a turning point in the history of the Cuban revolution. For the first time in 63 years, citizens of the island marched en masse throughout the streets of the island., crying out for freedom.
Cuban people today are experiencing deplorable living conditions, going without electricity for 16 - 18 hours a day, severe food and medical supply shortages, leading to higher mortality rates caused by exposure to dengue and other diseases that have in essence been eradicated throughout the free world.
Through our podcasts, the Cuban Heritage Foundation is sending messages of hope and strength to the Cuban people inside the island, so that they continue to protest the constant abuses of the regime. Our primary mission is to convey the importance of resisting the fear that has been instilled in them since early childhood.
This is the pathway to freedom.

The Cuban Heritage Foundation is a non-profit organization founded in 2013 by Maria T. Caminero and Sixto M Pedroso Baró. Our mission is to preserve and promote our culture through education, community outreach events, art, history and literature.
It is our goal to create an alliance with other cultural organizations that are interested in sharing the values and goals of the foundation. From poetry, music to arts we strive to promote a positive image of Cuba and its people in exile and those inside the island. Our foundation strives to educate our members on business, community impact and how their decisions effect their neighborhoods.
